We offer home decor pieces, including framed wall decor and decorative artwork designed for interior styling. Many pieces are prepared in small batches and require careful handling, inspection, and packaging before shipment.

We make every effort to present product photos, dimensions, finishes, colors, materials, and descriptions accurately. Because every room, screen, lighting environment, and reflective surface can look different, slight variations in color, scale, reflection, texture, or finish may occur. These differences are normal for decorative home goods and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

3. Product care and installation

Customers are responsible for safe handling and installation after delivery. Framed and reflective wall pieces should be handled with clean, dry hands, kept away from direct water exposure, and installed with hardware appropriate for the wall type and product weight. For larger pieces, we recommend two-person handling and installation.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, installation, cleaning products, humidity, direct water exposure, falls, wall hardware failure, or misuse after delivery.

4. Pricing, promotions, and availability

Prices, product availability, promotions, discounts, and shipping offers may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. A promotion is only valid during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service when necessary to protect the store, prevent fraud, correct pricing or inventory errors, or address payment and shipping issues.

5. Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information for every order. If payment cannot be verified, an address is incomplete, an item is unavailable, or an order appears fraudulent or unusually high risk, we may contact you, hold the order, or cancel the order.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellations

Because many home decor pieces are fragile, oversized, made in limited batches, or prepared to order, approved returns must follow the instructions provided by our support team. Items returned without approval or without sufficient protective packaging may be refused or subject to refund deductions.

We work to keep website information accurate, but occasional errors may occur, including product descriptions, pricing, shipping information, availability, or promotional details. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by such errors.
