Shipping Policy

Every wall decor piece is prepared with care before it ships. Because our pieces are framed, reflective, and more fragile than ordinary posters, we allow time for inspection, protective wrapping, and reinforced packaging before dispatch.

Order preparation time

Most orders are prepared within 3-5 business days. Preparation includes surface inspection, frame alignment check, cleaning of the reflective panel, protective wrapping, corner protection, and outer carton packing.

During holidays, peak sale periods, product launches, or severe weather, preparation may take 1-3 additional business days.

Packaging and protection

We pack each piece as a fragile home decor item. Depending on the product size and structure, packaging may include protective surface film or soft wrapping, reinforced corners, inner cushioning, and a sturdy outer carton. This helps protect the front surface, frame edges, and corners while the parcel moves through carrier facilities.

Please keep all original packaging materials until you have fully inspected your order. Original packaging is important if you need to report damage or request an approved return.

Transit time

After dispatch, typical transit time is 4-5 business days for U.S. orders. In most cases, the total timeline from order placement to delivery is approximately 7-10 business days.

Transit estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, remote delivery areas, severe weather, and holiday volume may extend delivery time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our studio partner. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to show the first carrier scan.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or reroute the shipment.

If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, the shipping carton, the shipping label, and all packaging materials.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 3 business days. We may ask you to check with household members, building staff, neighbors, or the carrier while we help review the delivery record.

Duties, taxes, and shipping limitations

Product prices and shipping charges do not always include local import duties, customs fees, or taxes. If these charges apply, they are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Some oversized or fragile items may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or certain remote areas. If your address cannot be served safely, our team will contact you before dispatch.
