Return and Refund Policy

We want your piece to feel right in your home. Because our wall decor is framed, fragile, and carefully packed for international fulfillment, returns must follow the conditions below.

Return window

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return request must be submitted within this 14-day window.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original condition. All protective films, wrapping, corner guards, inserts, and outer packaging should be included.

Returns must be approved before you ship the item back. Please do not send a return to the sender address on the parcel unless our support team specifically confirms that address in writing.

Customer responsibility for preference-based returns

For returns due to preference, size choice, color expectation, ordering the wrong item, room fit, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, shipping protection, duties, customs fees, and taxes are non-refundable. For oversized or fragile framed pieces, a return handling or inspection fee may be deducted when disclosed in the return approval instructions.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom sizes, personalized items, made-to-measure orders, or special-request products
  • Final-sale items, gift cards, or promotional items marked as non-returnable
  • Items that have been hung, installed, scratched, altered, cleaned with chemicals, or damaged after delivery
  • Returns requested after the 14-day return window
  • Items returned without approval or without suitable protective packaging

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, the shipping carton, the shipping label, and all packaging materials.

When the issue is confirmed, we will help with a replacement, repair solution, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. If the issue was caused by production or shipping damage, we will cover the approved solution.

How to start a return

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
  • Tell us the reason for the return and include photos of the item and packaging.
  • Wait for return approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.
  • Pack the item securely using the original protective packaging whenever possible.

Refund timing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If a returned item arrives damaged because it was not packed safely, or if it is missing original parts or packaging, the refund may be reduced or refused.

Cancellations and order changes

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase when production has not yet started. After that window, our team may already be preparing your piece and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation.
